If you breed for health and conformation competition, you are off to a great start.



It is my first goal to make sure that all puppies produced by any of my dogs are healthy, happy, loved and cared for all of their lives. I secondly want to ensure that they are bred responsibly, with the highest of principles and standards, by only the most ethical breeders in the Miniature Pinscher breed.

Once you feel confident that your bitch and all of her owners fit our requirements, move on to what I expect from the litter produced.



If you agree with my ethics and practices in breeding, then you can move on to what you can expect from the stud.



The we currently offer ONLY the dogs on our "Boys" page at stud.

A STUD DOG'S LAMENT

My job is making puppies, and I get two tries at that.
They pat me and tell me "good boy" and that's the end of that.
It's half my job to give 'em teeth and toplines, fronts and other.
Remember it's only half my job--they also have a mother.
It's not my job to carry pups and make them grow or nurse 'em.
And feed and clean and make 'em strong, that's for 'mother' and a person.
It's not my job to wean 'em and feed calcium and food.
And stack and gait and housebreak and make 'em show or brood.
It's not my job to plan the breeding and learn what produces well;
To study pedigrees, learn what's there, and pick out what to sell.
It's not my job to guarantee champs, the breeder picks the pair,
To make and whelp and feed and show and hope that champ is there.
It's not my job to be on hand when points are given out.
The breeder, owners, dam and friends take credit without a doubt.
It's not my job to deliver a winner, it's only my genes I sell.
But let those puppies turn out bad, and guess who catches HELL!

Tri-Del is dedicated to only breeding Miniature Pinschers that are considered to be superior specimens of the breed, preferably those that are recorded by the AKC as Champion of Record. We firmly believe that Hackney is NOT the only worthy trait of the breed. We breed for sound body and temperament as well as movement. Tri-Del does NOT support, condone or endorse breeding for profit or pet quality. Tri-Del encourages responsible breeding: breeding only in the effort to improve the breed as according to the standard of excellence as set forth by the MPCA and accepted by the AKC.

PLEASE DON'T LITTER have your pet spayed or neutered!
Leave breeding to those who have dedicated their lives to improving the well being of the breed!
